Another chapter begins...

When our baby turned 6 months with mommy due to go back to the big bad world of work in 3 months time, we were asking ourselves the many questions I'm sure every other parent out there asks themselves at this point:

• will mommy be able to go back to work part time, will her company allow it?
• who will look after our beautiful princess during the days when mommy is at focussing on work?
• do we want to entrust our darling baby girl with a nursery, when she is not able to come home and tell us about her day?
• is it worth hiring a nanny to come into our house whilst we are working from home so we can keep one eye on our baby and one eye on the laptop?
• is there any way it is possible to juggle a full time job working from home with parenting so that daddy can parent whilst mommy is in at work?
• should mommy stay off work until baby is 2 years old and can then go to nursery, can we afford that?
• will mommy go insane if we go with the bullet point above?

Some of these questions we will answer when conversations with work kick off and some of these questions you will already be shouting at your screen saying 'are we mad people for even considering it'.

So we got to thinking, what could we do to keep mommy engaged and working in between sleeps and when daddy can take over parenting, is it possible that we could grind out a living from doing something we are passionate about?

And here we are, so thank you for visiting this small section of the internet we like to call our home(page).

So what is 'here'?

I neglected to mention, we actually have two children in our lives. Our beautiful, smiley, friendly and furry, 10-year old Chihuahua, Bo, is our first born and as I mentioned we also have a far less furry but no less beautiful, 6-month old baby girl, you can probably guess her name.

We got to thinking, would it be crazy to set up an online store where we could blend our passion for parenting both our children, mommy's eye for design and drive for the best quality materials and daddy's... well, daddy's here typing away...

Our mission is to bring the best quality items that we have either used from other brands (see affiliate links when they come) or design and develop our own versions of common items we have needed for both our bundles of joy.

And here we go... 

Here will lie a store for fluffy and non-fluffy children supplies.

We can't promise it will be fast paced and we'll have hundreds of products available by Christmas, but we can promise we will start writing about the things we have not been able to do without either baby dog or baby human and hopefully, with time, build a little something that can bring you a little something. So please keep checking back.
